THE FIRST VIETNAM RICE FESTIVAL – 2009 IN HAU GIANG

• Honouring the civilization of water rice, potentiality and strong points of Vietnamese agricural production associate with 1,000 years of Thang Long Ha Noi event.
• Building the brand of Vietnam water rice.
• Boosting production, applying technological science, expanding trade, exporting trade, exporting water rice and contributing to implementation of Central Resolution on farmers, agriculture, rurel areas.
• Creating new break-through for construction & development of Hau Giang province.
