THE HEAD OF VIETNAM NATIONAL RICE FESTIVAL’S ORGANIZATION COMMITTEE

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.: 37/2006/ND-CP dated 04/04/2006 regarding detailed stipulations for implementing Commercial Law on certain trade promotion activities;

Pursuant to the Commercial-Financial Ministries’ joint Circular No.: 07/2007/TTLT-BTM-BTC dated 06/7/2007 instructing the Decree No. 37/2007/ND-CP;

Pursuant to the Government Secretariat’s official Dispatch No. 4105/VPCP-KTTH dated 18/6/2009 in re organization of Vietnam Rice Festival;

Pursuant to Decision No.: 2863/QĐ-UBND made by the Chairman of People’s Committee of Hau Giang province on 22/10/2009 regarding establishment of the Steering Committee, Organization Committee of the First Vietnam National Rice Festival 2009 in Hau Giang;

Pursuant to the Plan No.: 32/KH-BTC dated 23/7/ 2009 of the Festival Organization Committee regarding organization of the First - 2009 Vietnam National Rice Festival;

Pursuant to Decision No.: 114/QD-BTC dated 04/11/2009 regarding establishment of the awarding judges for Agricultural God of integration’ Gold Cup to the trademarks of units and products at the First Vietnam National Rice Festival -2009 in Hau Giang;

Pursuant to Decision No.: 116/QĐ-BTC dated 04/11/2009 regarding the statute issuance for the award of Agricultural God of integration’ Gold Cup to the trade names of units and products at the First Vietnam National Rice Festival -2009 in Hau Giang;

As to the proposal of the chairman of the awarding judges for Agricultural God of integration’ Gold Cup to the trademarks of products at the First Vietnam National Rice Festival -2009 in Hau Giang (at the report No.: 23/11/2009).

HEREBY DECIDES

Article 1: Awarding “Agricultural God of integration’ Gold Cup” to the trademarks of units and products who won the prize at the First Vietnam National Rice Festival -2009 in Hau Giang;

Article 2: This Decision comes into effect as of the issuing date
