DECISION
On the admission of “Prestigious Vietnam Rice Exporters”  
HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION COMMITTEE OF VIETNAM NATIONAL RICE FESTIVAL 

Pursuant to The Government’s Decree No. 37/2006/NĐ-CP dated 04/04/ 2006 regarding detailed stipulations of Commercial Law implementation on commercial promotion activities; the joint Circular No. 07/2007/TTLT-BTM-BTC dated 06/07/ 2007 of the Ministries of Trade – Finance giving instructions for implementing the Decree No. 37/2006/NĐ-CP; 

Pursuant to the official Dispatch No. 4105/VPCP-KTTH dated 18/06/2009 of the Governmental Secretariat on organizing Vietnam National Rice Festival; 

Pursuant to the Decision No. 2863/QĐ-UBND dated 22/10/2009 of Chairman of People’s Committee of Hau Giang province regarding the establishment of the Steering Committee, the Organization Committee of the first -2009 Vietnam National Rice Festival in Hau Giang; 
Pursuant to the plan No. 32/KH-BTC dated 23/07/2009 the Organization Committee of the first -2009 Vietnam National Rice Festival in Hau Giang; 

As to the proposal of the awarding judges for ‘‘Prestigious Vietnam Rice Exporters’ golden cup’’.  

HEREBY DECIDES 

Article 1: Admitting ‘‘Prestigious Vietnam Rice Exporters’’ for the units who participate in the awarding program at the first -2009 Vietnam National Rice Festival in Hau Giang (the list attached). 

Article 2: The Organization Committee of Vietnam National Rice Festival shall award the golden cups to the admitted ones at the closing ceremony of Vietnam National Rice Festival. 

Article 3: The member of Vietnam National Rice Festival; the awarding judges for “Prestigious Vietnam Rice Exporters’ golden cup”, enterprises whose names listed at Article and relevant units are responsible to carry this decision as of the signing date./.
