Artistic image contest and exhibition

This is one of the activities taken place before the first Vietnam Rice Festival in Hau Giang.

The content includes:
- Images of rice field around the country
- Process of tilling, tending and harvesting rice
- Steps of processing, trading and exporting rice
- All images related directly to rice through artistic angle.

Organization form:
- The contest is mobilized on a national scale
- All people around the country are entitled to participate in the contest.
- Besides the works selected for ranking and awarding official prizes, the organization board will choose works which pass the artistic quality for exhibition during the Vietnam Rice Festival.

Time and place:
- Time for receiving contest works: since the date of announcement until October 01, 2009.
- Marking the contest: from 10 to 15 of November 2009.
- The opening of image exhibition and prizes awarding close: on November 27, 2009
- Place for exhibiting images and giving prizes: at the A hall (Central hall)

Work authors who are awarded prizes will be issued certificates and medal by the Organization board.
