DECISION

In re establishment of the Organization Committee of the art photograph Contest and Expo in the scale of the first-2009 Vietnam National Rice Festival in Hau Giang

CHAIRMAN OF PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE OF HAU GIANG PROVINCE

Pursuant to the law on organization of People’s Councils and People’s Committees dated November 26th, 2003;

As to the proposal of Director of the Department of Interior,

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1: Establishment of the Organization Committee of the art photograph Contest and Expo in the scale of the first-2009 Vietnam National Rice Festival in Hau Giang (the Organization Committee of the photograph Contest for short) consisting of members as follows:

1.   Mr. Trinh Quang Hung, Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee– Manager;
2.   Mr. Pham Son Ha, Deputy-Director of the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism concurrently Chairman of the provincial Literary-Art Association– Deputy-Manager.
3.   Inviting Ms. Ngo Hong Dao, Editorial Director of Haul Gang Newspaper, President of the Provincial Journalists’ Society – Deputy-Manager.
4.   Mr. Tran An Dung, Deputy-Director of Haul Gang Radio-Television Station, Vice-President of the Provincial Journalists’ Society – Member.
5.   Mr. Phan Thach Em, Deputy-Director of Department of the Interior – Member.
6.   Mr. Nguyen Van The, Vice-Chairman of the provincial Literary-Art Association – member.
7.   Mr. Ho Tan Hoang, Manager of the Budget Office of the Department of Finance – Member.
8.   Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trieu, Chief of the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism Secretariat– Member.

Article 2: The Organization Committee of the photograph Contest is responsible to set up the program, plan the contest; and organize and perform the contest effectively, aimly, satisfactorily in accordance with the law.

After the program ends, the Organization Committee of the photograph Contest tidy up and remove by itself.

Article 3: Chief of the provincial People’s Committee Secretariat, Director of the Department of Interior, Director of the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism, Heads of relevant units and individuals named at Article 1 are responsible to carry out this Decision as of the signing date./.
