For the art photograph competition of Vietnam National Rice Festival

THE ORGANIZATION COMMITTEE OF

ART PHOTOGRAPH COMPETITION OF THE FIRST – 2009 VIETNAM NATIONAL RICE FESTIVAL

• Pursuant to the notice No. 38/TB-BTC dated 21/08/2009 of the Organization Committee of Vietnam National Rice Festival on holding the art photograph and expo in the scale of First -2009 Vietnam National Rice Festival in Hau Giang;
• Pursuant to Hau Giang province People’s Committee’s Decision No. 2560/QĐ-UBND dated 21/09/2009 in re establishment of the Organization Committee of the art photograph competition of The first - 2009 Vietnam National Rice Festival;
  
• As to the proposal of the Chief of Hau Giang Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism secretariat,

HEREBY DECIDES

Article 1: In re establishment of the judges for the art photograph competition of the first – 2009 Vietnam National Rice Festival, consisting of the following sirs/madams:

1. Inviting Mr. Dong Duc Thanh, Deputy-Chairman of The Art Council of Vietnam Photographers’ Association, permanent Deputy-Chairman of Ho Chi Minh city Photographers’ Association – Chairman of the board;
2. Inviting Mr.Truong Hoang Them, standing commissioner of Vietnam Photographers’ Association, Deputy-Chairman of Art and Literary Association – Ca Mau province- Commissioner;
3. Inviting Mr.Nguyen Manh Sinh, Commissioner of the Art Council of Vietnam Photographers’ Association, Deputy-Chairman of the Art Council of Ho Chi Minh city Photographers’ Association – Commissioner;
4. Inviting Mr.Van Ngoc Thuan, member of Vietnam Photographers’ Association, Chairman of Art and Literary Association – Soc Trang province- Commissioner;
5. Inviting Mr.To Hoang Vu, member of Vietnam Photographers’ Association, Chairman of Can Tho city Photographers’ Association - Commissioner;
6. Ms. Ho Thi Thuy An, staff of Art and Literary Association – Hau Giang province- Secretary;

Article 2: The judges for the art photograph contest of the first-2009 Vietnam National Rice Festival are responsible to appraise to select the excellent photographs in the said contest and self-tidy up and remove after the program completed.

Article 3: Chief of Hau Giang Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism Secretariat, relevant units and who are named at Article 1 are responsible to carry out this Decision as of the signing date ./.
